01.1 How do I create an account?

Register with your email and password. A 6-digit code is sent to your inbox — enter it on the Account page to verify before checkout.

01.2 Why must my email be verified?

Verified email ensures order confirmations, tracking updates, and support replies reach you. Resend the code anytime from Account if it expired.

01.3 Where is my order history?

Sign in and open Orders to view past purchases, totals, and delivery updates synced to your account.

Track deliveries, raise tickets, and manage cancellations.

02.1 How do I track a seed order?

Use your order number and email on Track order. Status emails are sent after checkout and when delivery updates change.

02.2 Can I cancel or request a refund?

Open your order on the status page and submit a support form for cancellations, delivery issues, or refund requests. We reply during working hours.

02.3 When will I receive confirmation?

An order confirmation email is sent right after checkout. UPI prepaid orders go to the payment gateway; COD orders are packed once confirmed.

Packing, storage tips, and what to do if something arrives wrong.

03.1 How are seeds packed for shipping?

Seeds are packed in moisture-safe foil packets to protect germination quality during transit.

03.2 What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Report quality concerns within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. See our Returns policy for eligibility and next steps.

03.3 How should I store seeds after delivery?

Keep packets sealed, cool, and dry until sowing. Avoid humidity and direct sunlight. Use within the recommended sowing window on the packet.

UPI, cash on delivery, free prepaid shipping, and coverage across India.

04.1 Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI for prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible PIN codes. COD may include a ₹49 courier fee shown at checkout.

04.2 Do prepaid orders get free shipping?

Yes — UPI prepaid seed orders include free standard shipping. You are redirected to the payment gateway after placing the order.

04.3 Do you deliver across India?

Yes — we deliver nationwide subject to courier serviceability. Review the Shipping policy for zones and handling details.
