Packet Return Fold

1. When a fold may reopen
We review return or exchange requests when the wrong packet arrives, a shipment is lost in transit, or a sealed packet arrives visibly damaged.
2. How to open a return fold
- Use Track & Support within seven days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels).
- Include your order reference, clear photos of the packet and label, and a short description of the issue.
- Unopened, moisture-safe seals must remain intact unless we ask you to open a packet for inspection.
3. What we cannot reverse
- Change of mind after a successful delivery of the correct sealed packet.
- Germination outcomes influenced by soil, climate, sowing depth, or storage after delivery.
- Orders altered by the buyer after dispatch confirmation.
4. Remedies along the bend
Approved cases may receive a replacement packet, store credit, or refund to the original payment path. COD refunds are arranged by bank transfer or UPI after identity confirmation.
