Hold & Cancel Charter
Folded into effect: 02 September 2026
1. Before the packet leaves
You may request cancellation from Track & Support while the order remains in a pre-dispatch state. Once a courier airway bill is generated, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. After dispatch
Post-dispatch changes follow the Packet Return Fold for wrong item, damage, or loss — not simple change of mind.
3. Refunds after cancel
Approved pre-dispatch cancellations reverse to the original payment method within the processor’s normal clearing window. COD holds simply stop collection.
